IntelliGienic Return Policy
Our 30-Day Standard Return Guarantee
Most items shipped from IntelliGienic, including products from our Edge AI, Optoelectronics, and Robotics categories, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us First: You must contact the IntelliGienic Support Team at support@intelligienic.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return box.
Shipping: Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Shipping Costs and Refunds
1. Standard Returns (Customer Preference)
For items returned due to customer preference, change of mind, or accidental order:
Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
Refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the product, minus the original shipping charges.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned items that are not in their original, factory-sealed condition or show signs of use.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an IntelliGienic error:
Shipping Cost: IntelliGienic will cover the full cost of the return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label or will automatically refund the cost of postage upon receipt (up to $20 USD).
Refund/Replacement: We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges, or we will ship a replacement unit to you at no cost.
Processing Your Refund
Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment center, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
After processing, it can take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions: Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Custom-Designed Modules: Products created through our "Custom Module Design" service are final sale unless defective.
Firmware/Software Licenses: Non-tangible, digital goods, including software and firmware licenses, are non-refundable.
Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper installation, negligence, or use outside of the product's specifications.
Items without Original Packaging: Returns missing their original packaging, accessories, or manuals may be rejected or subject to a higher restocking fee.
Warranty Claims
If your product is outside the 30-day return window but is covered by our standard product warranty, please contact us for warranty service or repair instead of initiating a return.
