As our products consist of specialized technical components, this Return & Refund Policy is established by Intelligienic Technology Corp. to maintain the highest standards of technical integrity and product safety.
Return & Exchange Window

Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, factory-sealed condition.

Process: If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or specification, please contact support@intelligienic.com. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will ship the replacement. Please note that shipping costs for the replacement may apply depending on the destination.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Sealed & Unused: Products must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging.

Completeness: All accessories, manuals, and software licenses must be included.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-engineered modules or specially ordered hardware are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@intelligienic.com with your order number and reason for return.

If the return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return shipping address.

Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail to our designated fulfillment center. We do not accept in-person returns at our administrative offices.
Shipping Costs & Fees

Change of Mind: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any items that have been opened or show signs of handling.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective upon arrival or we shipped the incorrect product, IntelliGienic will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund & Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 8–12 business days for the refund to be fully processed and for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
