IntelliGienic Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is issued by Intelligienic Technology Corp. ('we', 'us', or 'the Company'). We are committed to providing reliable global shipping for our Edge AI, Robotics, and Sensing solutions.

Global Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide from our operational headquarters in Taipei. If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to carrier restrictions or regional regulations, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

Order Processing Time (Handling)

All orders are subject to a handling and processing period before shipment.

  • Handling Time: 2 – 6 business days.​

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping tiers to meet your project deadlines:

  • Express

  • EMS

  • Customer Shipping Account: We support shipping via your own corporate account (FedEx/UPS/DHL). Please provide your account number and preferred service level during checkout or contact support@intelligienic.com after placing your order.

Shipping & Transit Times

Once your order has been processed and handed to our carrier, the estimated transit time depends on your location and the selected service.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5 – 15 business days.​

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7 – 21 business days (Handling + Transit).

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, and customs processing.

International Shipping & Compliance

We ship to supported countries worldwide. Except where otherwise noted, Intelligienic Technology Corp. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

United States Import Surcharges

For customers in the United States, our Express shipping service includes an integrated Import Compliance Surcharge to ensure Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) convenience:

  • Compliance Fee: 20% of the total order value.​

  • Processing Surcharge: A flat fee of US$25.00 per shipment. These fees are clearly calculated and displayed in your final cart total before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@intelligienic.com within 48 hours. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim processing.
